A1 Executive Travel Group has a long history starting in the 1970’s in Garston. It was originally A1 Taxis and changed hands in 2013 when the new owners brought it into the 21st century by introducing a state of the art despatch system to make bookings more efficient.
The fleet was expanded with more executive vehicles. Drivers’ dress code was changed so that they were required to wear smart trousers and shirts and shoes setting a higher standard. In 2016 the company changed hands again and became A1 Executive Travel Group Ltd. This saw the merger with their office at Berkhamsted station and new offices in Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead and Uxbridge. This created a large operating area with drivers licensed to cover all areas.
The state of the art despatch system was expanded to incorporate all the new areas and provide a highly efficient service for all of our customers enabling passengers to be transferred quickly and professionally in comfort and style.
The company is run by experienced controllers 24/7 with at least two operators and telephonists at all times. The drivers are all fully licensed and have varying degrees of experience with some having been driving for over 30 years. To make things even more convenient all of our vehicles have credit card terminals on board and receipts available.
