 A1 Cars accept all major credit cards as payment.

Yes A1 Cars accept cash. If you wish to pay by cash please make your booking via the phone and pay the driver on the day.

As a rule, A1 Cars monitor flight arrivals and departures before any drivers are dispatched. We do NOT charge clients any extra amount as a result of flight delay.

If a meet and greet service has been booked, then the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall. If you provide us with your mobile number then the driver will phone after the flight has landed to arrange a meeting point.

Our Customer Support staff are available 24hrs a day. Just telephone the office and our experienced staff will be able to assist.

Yes, A1 Cars and all our drivers are fully licensed and permitted to operate under the rules and regulations by Watford borough council, Berkhamsted & Hemel Dacorum council, Uxbridge Council, London TfL, Rickmansworth three rivers.

Yes, we will agree a fixed price for any journey to give you peace of mind and guarantee the cost of the journey in advance.

 A1 Cars can usually provide services within 15 minutes for local journeys. However, the earlier you book the better and for special requirements, ie wheelchair access or larger capacity vehicles, more notice may be required.

Our online booking process is clear and easy to navigate and understand. However, if you would prefer to speak directly with somebody please make your booking through our reservation line at the bottom of the page, all lines are open 24hrs a day.

A1 Cars can cater from a single passenger to multiple car pickups to accomodate most parties. Kindly contact us and benefit from special quotation and provide us with the number of passengers in your party including the full details of the journey you want to undertake.
